Community Cares is operated by Jefferson Academy and was born out of our own families needing assistance, resources, and support during the pandemic. We now offer assistance for families through partnerships with Jeffco Public Schools, A Precious Child, The Action Center, T-Mobile, and local organizations and food banks. There is no charge, and programs are supported by individual donations, our support organizations, and outside granting organizations. Assistance is never guaranteed, but we will work to connect families with resources as needed.
